DLM PLC Textile Manufacturing Has Been Established Since 1977 E.C (1985G.C) In Conformity With Commercial Code Of Ethiopia As Private Limited Company and Put Up The Manufacturing Unit Startup Capital Of 1,618,705 USD.
We Have Got Several Licenses For Manufacturing and Import For Various Plastic Raw Materials.
Company Has Been Located At Akaki Kality On Land Of 15000 sq. Meter; We Have More Than 480 Local Workers and Few Expatriates At Present and As Per The Expansion Future Projects Will Be Targeted To 800 Local Workers.
Our Sister Company Is Known As Galaxy Industries PLC Indulged Into Plastics.

Deputy General Manager Job Is To Hold Regular Production Review Meetings With The Department Heads Such As Store, Knitting, Batch Preparation, Dyeing and Finishing, Quality Control, Maintenance, Etc. The Agenda For Such Meetings Should Include Review Of Actual Performance Versus Plan, Identification And Resolution Of Co-Ordination Issues Arising During The Previous Day By Means Of Face To Face Discussion Between The Managers Concerned, Identification Of Potential Problems Which Could Lead To Significant Deviations From Plan In The Future and Taking Necessary Steps For The Resolution Or Avoidance Of Such Problems.

HR Managers Have To Oversee All Matters Pertaining To Human Resources Including Administration, Pay and Salary Of All Employees, Rewards and Punishment, Performance Appraisal, Discipline, Recruitment And Selecting Employees, Compensating and Counseling Employees, Training and Developing Employees, WARP System Controlling, Firefighting Training, Compensating, Take Care Staff Welfare i.e. Taking Cultural Program In Factory, Take Care Of Employee If Any Injuries, Motivating and Maintaining The Morale Of Subordinates, Policy Making, Investigation Of Any Incidents and Making An Investigation Report, Checking Attendance Of Employees, Setting A Quality Standard and Taking Corrective Action As Needed From General Manager and Deputy General Manager.
